Nancy Avitabile and Dorien Spelbrink started Home Care Match in response to clients requests for private workers. Rather than being a word of mouth referral source, they sought to formalize that process by starting a Registry Home Care Match in 2012. Home Care Match received their official New York City Department of Consumer Affairs license in 2012. With over thirty years of aging life care management experience, Home Care Match understands the unique needs families face when confronting the challenges of aging. Each family dynamic is unique and requires personalized care solutions.
