Home Care Match recruits the top aides in the industry who combine a passion for home care and a commitment to the needs of our clients.

HOME CARE MATCH CAREGIVERS

  • Our caregivers are well educated and experienced professionals who offer a comfortable interpersonal approach to working with and living with families. Our caregivers are able to blend in with the family and client system while keeping professional boundaries.

  • Many of our experienced aides have certifications such as:

    • Home Health Aide (HHA)

    • Certified Nurses Aide (CNA)

    • Personal Care Aide (PCA)

In addition, many have degrees in medical related fields, from their countries of origin.

  • Our aides have extensive experience dealing with dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s Disease, medication management and end-of-life issues.

​​

  • We have companions available for part-time and full-time work. Our companions have experience in the arts and theater, musical performances, reading, game playing, and a variety of cultural activities.
